Strength FX is a 30 minutes, structured training program. Designed to build muscle and improve strength for longevity.

Intensity FX is a 30 minute full body conditioning class, focusing on functional movements with high intensity.

Fusion of Mat Pilates and weights to assure you get a sweaty strength building workout.

Specific Mat Pilates classes to build strength in the transabdominal muscles and work on pelvic floor connections.

30 minutes of HIIT boxing learning proper skills and techniques.

Kinetic Mobility class, a prehab-focused session clinically programmed by our exercise physiologist to reduce pain and enhance movement.

This Run club will be an 8 x week running program that works on skills and conditioning each week adding different drills and skills and short little increases in distance.

Goal: To run 5km at the end of the 8 x week program.

Optional: Every week we will finish at The Village at 6:50am for a coffee!
