Strength FX is a 30 minutes, structured 8 x week progressive overload training program. Designed to build muscle and improve strength for longevity.

Barbell Conditioning | 30 minutes

Barbell Conditioning combines strength and endurance training using compound lifts and barbell complexes. Build power, stamina, and technique in a fast-paced, strength-focused session.

Aerobic Conditioning | 30 minutes

Aerobic Conditioning is designed to build endurance and improve overall fitness through structured, high-intensity intervals. Expect a mix of erg work and cardio-focused circuits that challenge your engine and recovery.

Kinetic Mobility Class | 30 minutes.

Kinetic Mobility class, a prehab-focused session clinically programmed by our exercise physiologist to reduce pain and enhance movement. Switching on all the little muscles and assuring an intense glute and core burn, think of it like mat pilates but with light weights for strength.

Teams | 30 minutes.

Teams is a partner-based workout focused on teamwork, accountability, and fun. You’ll work in pairs or small groups through strength and conditioning circuits that challenge both effort and communication. 

Our Youth Academy is a strength and conditioning program designed for kids aged 9 –16 to build confidence, coordination, and lifelong movement skills. Led by our exercise scientist, it blends technique, fun, and fitness in a safe, supportive environment.

Vitality 55+

Vitality 55+ is a strength and conditioning class designed to build balance, mobility, and functional fitness, specifically designed for those over 55's. Using controlled resistance training, you’ll improve strength, coordination, and overall wellbeing in a supportive, social environment.
