The MF Postpartum Program, a safe and effective approach to returning to exercise after childbirth. Our program focuses on building strength from the inside out, setting you up for long-term success with a beautiful postpartum community to boot.

Postpartum Program

The MF Postpartum Program is our signature four week program. This 4-week individualised program includes:

  • Weekly personal training sessions over 4 weeks

  • Access to pre and postnatal Pilates classes

  • A personalised structured schedule to safely return to exercise

  • Community Connection and Social groups.
