Our Youth Academy is a fun and supportive strength and conditioning program designed for kids aged 9 to 16. Held weekly at Manisha Fitness, each session focuses on building foundational movement skills, confidence, and healthy habits through age-appropriate training. Our experienced coaches create a positive environment where young athletes can grow stronger, improve coordination, and enjoy being active with their peers. It's not just about fitness—it’s about setting up our youth for long-term health and success.
