Our Youth Academy is a fun and supportive strength and conditioning program designed for kids aged 10 to 16.

Held weekly at Manisha Fitness, each session focuses on building foundational movement skills, confidence, and healthy habits through age-appropriate training. Our experienced coaches create a positive environment where young athletes can grow stronger, improve coordination, and enjoy being active with their peers. It's not just about fitness—it’s about setting up our youth for long-term health and success.
